500 g tea cake
500 ml milk
5 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla custard powder
2 apples
2 oranges , peeled , de-seeded and de-skinned
150 g black grapes
1 pomegranate
3 small bananas
1 chocolate bar , grated , to garnish
3 -5 split grapes , to garnish
Fruit n' cake summer-time custard is a refreshing dessert packed with the goodness of seasonal fruits and the richness of custard and cake. Instructions

1.Take a tea cake and place it on the bottom of a street-proof dish.
2.In a saucepan, add 500ml milk and heat over medium heat until milk boils.
3.Add 5 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of vanilla custard powder and mix well until the sugar dissolves.
4.Pour the custard mix over the tea cake and let it set in the fridge for an hour.
5.Wash and cut all the fruits into small pieces and mix them well in a bowl.
6.Take out the custard from the fridge and spread the mixed fruits all over the top.
7.Sprinkle the grated chocolate all over the top.
8.Garnish with grapes and pomegranate seeds as per your choice.
