1 cup raw peanuts

1 teaspoon tamarind paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon Urad Dal
4 curry leaves

Instructions

1.Begin by dry roasting peanuts on medium heat until they are golden brown.

3.In a small pan, heat oil on medium heat and add mustard seeds. Once they begin to crackle add urad dal and curry leaves and cook until urad dal turns golden brown.
4.Pour the tadka onto the ground peanut mixture and mix well.
