Ingredients

250 g pasta ( penne pasta is preferred )
2 onions , and one bellpeper
1 inch ginger , 3 big sized garlic and 3 green cillies
2 fresh tomatoes
1 tea , spoon lemon if you want it extra tangy
coriander powder , turmeric , salt , red chili powder , garam masala , mango powder and cumin seeds
half cup amul cream , one big spoon tomato sauce , one big spoon curd
coriander ( to garnish )

Instructions

1.Boil the pasta in salted water according to package directions until it's al dente.
2.While the pasta boils, chop the onions, bellpeper, and tomatoes and sauté them in a pan on medium heat until they are soft.
3.Crush the ginger, garlic, and chillies and add them to the pan.
4.Add in all the spices, salt, coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin seeds and mango powder and cook till well combined.
5.Once the spices have cooked, add in the cream, tomato sauce, and curd.
6.Add lemon juice if desired.
7.Toss the drained pasta with the sauce, stirring to coat it thoroughly.
8.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
