2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon gingerroot , fresh , minced
1 1/2 teaspoons gingerroot , fresh , minced
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut , shredded

Instructions
