Ingredients

1/2 bunch fenugreek leaves , washed and finely chopped ( methi )
2 cups whole wheat flour
3 green chilies , washed and finely chopped
1 inch piece ginger , washed , peeled and finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon mango powder ( Amchur )
salt
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
water , to knead the dough

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl add finely chopped fenugreek leaves, whole wheat flour, green chilies, ginger, turmeric powder, mango powder, salt, and white sesame seeds.
2.Slowly add water and knead the soft dough.
3.Allow the dough to sit for 15 minutes.
4.Make small balls from the dough, flatten them with a rolling pin, and cook on a tawa/griddle till both sides are browned and cooked.
