7 1/2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon green cardamoms
1 teaspoon saffron
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon rose water or 1 teaspoon kewra essence
3 -5 shelled pistachio nuts

Instructions

1.In a pot, bring the milk to a boil and add sugar, cardamom and saffron.

3.Slowly drop the balls into the milk and cook on medium heat for around 20 minutes until they double in size.
4.Add rose water or kewra essence and stir gently.
5.Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve chillled.
