Ingredients

1 glass milk ( skim to full )
1 -2 ounce chinese noodles ( or 1-2 falooda sev )
1 1/2 teaspoons rose water ( or rooafzah )
1/2 teaspoon falooda seeds ( or takmaria seeds ) ( optional )
pista , kulfi ( Indian Store , $ 5 for a quart ) or plain kulfi ice cream ( Indian Store , $ 5 for a quart )

Instructions

1.Take a pot and add 2 cups of water to it. Then add 1/2 cup of sugar and let it boil for 5 minutes.
2.Let the syrup cool and then add rose water and falooda seeds into it.
3.Meanwhile, cook the noodles in boiling water on medium heat until they are soft. Drain the water and rinse the noodles with cold water. Then soak them in cold water until ready to use.
4.Take a tall glass and add the soaked noodles, then pour the syrup into it.
5.Add chilled milk and mix it.
6.Add a scoop of kulfi ice cream or plain vanilla ice cream and pistachios.
7.Serve chilled and enjoy!
