1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 red onion , chopped
2 tablespoons coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
2 puff pastry sheets , thawed ( I use store bought )
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 egg
1 tablespoon tap water

Instructions

1.Boil, peel and semi-mash the potatoes. Split the seeded green chili peppers.

3.Mix in the chopped coriander leaves, garam masala, chopped red onion, coriander powder, and red chili powder.
4.Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into round shapes.
5.Place a spoonful of the potato mixture on each round sheet and spread evenly.
6.Fold the sheet in half, press gently to seal the sides.
7.Mix egg, tap water, and lemon juice and brush the potato patties with this egg wash.
8.Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the patties turn golden brown.
