Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the mutton mince, ginger paste, garlic paste, raw papayas, butter, red chili powder, ground mace, cardamom powder, roasted channa dal flour, and salt. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
2.Marinate the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
3.Once the mixture is marinated, shape it into small patties.
4.In a heated pan, drizzle some ghee and cook the patties on both sides until they are cooked through.
5.Serve hot with mint chutney and onion.
