Ingredients

2 cups mushrooms , blanched and chopped
2 tablespoons almonds , cashews and poppy seeds paste
1 onion , sliced and made into paste
1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
cilantro , to garnish
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons yogurt
salt

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a pan.
2.Add onion paste and fry them on medium flame till golden brown
3.Now add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix well and fry them for 2 mins.
4.Add the nuts and seed paste. Cook for a minute.
5.Add blanched mushrooms and salt. Stir well and cook for 5-7 minutes till mushrooms are properly cooked.
6.Add 2 teaspoons of yogurt and stir well. Turn off the flame.
7.Serve it hot with chapatis or rice. Garnish with cilantro.
