Ingredients

2 1/2 cups potatoes , peeled diced and boiled till just done
2 tablespoons oil
2 onions , chopped
2 -4 chopped chili peppers ( or to your taste )
3 garlic cloves , minced
1 lb ground beef
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup water
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1 cup green beans ( canned or pre-cooked )
3/4 cup coconut milk

Instructions

6.Add coconut milk and mix well. Let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes or until the curry has thickened to the desired consistency.
