Ingredients

1 cup semolina
1 cup sprouted green lentil ( moong )
1/2 cup French beans , chopped
1/2 cup carrot , chopped
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 -3 fresh curry leaves , washed and torn
1 -2 green chili
2 tablespoons fresh coconut , grated and to garnish
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves , washed and chopped , to garnish
salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon refined sunflower oil ( cooking oil )
2 cups water

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add mustard seeds. When they start to splutter, add curry leaves and green chilli.
2.Add chopped French beans and carrot and saute for a minute.
3.Add sprouted moong dal and semolina and roast for 2 minutes.
4.Add turmeric powder, salt and 2 cups of water.
5.Close the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles on high flame.
6.Once the pressure is released, give a gentle stir and serve hot, garnished with freshly grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
