Ingredients

1 gallon milk
1 tablespoon of non-flavored yogurt ( you can buy it at any grocery store )
1 -2 tablespoon ready-to-use baked pizza crust , boondi ( from Asiana Market or Indian Store )
3 -4 small mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
tomatoes
potato
shredded cucumber
Homemade Yogurt (Dhaee) is a traditional yogurt recipe from South Asia that has been enjoyed for centuries. Instructions

1.Pour the milk into a large pot and bring it to a boil on medium heat.
2.Once the milk has boiled, turn off the heat and let it cool to around 110°F.
3.Mix the non-flavored yogurt with a little bit of the cooled milk.
4.Pour the yogurt mixture back into the pot of milk and stir to combine.
5.Cover the pot with a lid and wrap it with a thick towel to keep it warm.
6.Let the milk sit undisturbed for at least 6 hours, or until the yogurt has set to your desired thickness.
