Ingredients

1 cup black millet flour ( bajra flour )
1 cup fenugreek leaves , chopped ( methi )
2 large garlic cloves , chopped
1 tablespoon low-fat yogurt
salt
1/2 cup low-fat panir
1 green chili , finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves ( kasoori methi )
3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
1 tomatoes , finely chopped

1 teaspoon olive oil , for cooking

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, add the black millet flour, chopped fenugreek leaves, chopped garlic, low-fat yogurt, and salt.
2.Mix all the ingredients well and knead a dough. Add water if needed.
3.For the stuffing, mix low-fat paneer, finely chopped green chili, turmeric powder, dried fenugreek leaves, chopped coriander leaves, chopped tomatoes, and salt.
4.Divide the dough into small to medium-sized balls and roll them out as a circle.
5.Place a portion of stuffing in each circle and fold the sides over to make a half-moon shape.
6.Use a fork to seal the edges of the turnovers.
7.Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan and cook the turnovers until they turn golden brown on both sides.
