Ingredients

3 cups mixed vegetables , boiled ( French beans , carrots , green peas , mushrooms and potatoes )
2 onions , chopped
3 spring onions , chopped
2 tomatoes , chopped
4 green chilies , chopped
2 tablespoons coriander leaves , chopped
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon red chili powder
3 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a pan.
2.Add chopped onions and sauté till translucent.
3.Add chopped green chilies and sauté for a few seconds.
4.Add chopped tomatoes and fry till mushy.

6.Add red chili powder, salt, and half cup of water. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
7.Add tomato ketchup and mix well.
8.Cook till the vegetables are coated with the ketchup for another 2 minutes. Add chopped spring onions and coriander leaves.
