1 kg mutton , cleaned , washed and chopped into bite-size pieces
3/4 teaspoon black peppercorns
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 maggi vegetable stock cube , with onion
7 fresh curry leaves , washed and torn
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
3 tablespoons tamarind pulp
