Ingredients

4 cups semolina ( known as `` suji '' in Hindi )
4 cups sugar
1/2 cup cashews
1 - 1 1/2 cup ghee
1 1/2 teaspoons cardamom powder
1 cup desiccated coconut

Instructions

5.Add the sugar and mix well until combined. Let the mixture cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently.
6.Add the sautéed cashews, cardamom powder, and desiccated coconut. Mix well.
7.Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool until it is easy to handle.
8.Once the mixture has cooled, grease your palms with ghee and shape the mixture into small ladoos.
