Instructions

5.Mix everything well and cook for 1 hour on low heat.
6.Once the veggies are soft and fully cooked, remove the soup from the heat and let it cool.
7.Pour the soup into a blender in batches. Blend until the soup has a smooth texture and is uniform in color.
8.Add additional salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
