1 teaspoon dried oregano

8 flour tortillas
2 cups enchilada sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

6.Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Lay tortillas on a flat surface and spoon chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in the baking dish.
7.Pour enchilada sauce over the tortillas.
8.Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
9.Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
