Ingredients

1 tablespoon ragi flour
1 glass water or 1 glass milk
2 teaspoons sugar or 2 teaspoons powdered jaggery
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

1.In a pan, mix ragi flour with a little water/milk and stir well to avoid lumps.
2.Add the remaining water/milk and stir continuously.
3.Add sugar/jaggery and cardamom powder and mix well until the mixture becomes slightly thick.
4.Turn off the flame and transfer the malt to a glass serving bowl.
