1/2 cup canned pineapple , finely chopped
2 tablespoons pineapple syrup , from the can
1 cup yogurt , beaten till smooth
salt
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder , to taste
3 -4 curry leaves

Instructions

1.In a pan, heat oil over medium heat and add mustard seeds. When the seeds start to splutter, add ginger and curry leaves.
2.Add chopped pineapple, pineapple syrup, and red chili powder. Stir well.
3.Cook for 1-2 minutes on low heat and then turn off the heat.
4.In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth, and then add the pineapple mixture to it.
5.Stir well and season with salt to taste.
