Ingredients

1 hot green chili pepper , chopped ( optional )
1 tablespoon garlic , chopped
1/2 tablespoon ginger , chopped
2 cloves
2 green cardamoms
1 cinnamon stick
1 large bay leaf
1 1/2 cups tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon kashmiri chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves ( powdered )
1 tablespoon sugar or 1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup fresh cream
salt , To taste
Makhani is a creamy, buttery Indian curry sauce that is usually served with tandoori chicken or naan bread. The sauce is made with a base of tomato paste and is seasoned with Indian spices like turmeric and garam masala. Instructions

1.Heat the butter and corn oil in a pan over medium heat until melted.
2.Add the green chili pepper, garlic, ginger, cloves, green cardamoms, cinnamon stick, and bay leaf. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
3.Add the tomato paste, kashmiri chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and dried fenugreek leaves. Mix well.
4.Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the oil separates from the mixture.
5.Add sugar or honey and mix well.
6.Add fresh cream and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7.Add salt to taste and mix well. Serve hot.
