1/2 cup yellow split peas
1/2 cup dried whole peas
1/2 cup red lentil
1 leek , finely chopped
2 large potatoes , cubed
3 large carrots , sliced
1 stalk celery , finely sliced
4 teaspoons vegetable stock powder
8 cups water
2 garlic cloves , minced
2 tablespoons curry powder ( buy it or make your own )
1/4 cup of fresh mint , finely chopped
salt and pepper , to taste

Instructions
