50 g green peas
1 onion , chopped fine
20 g butter
3 green chilies , chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

1 teaspoon mango powder or 1 teaspoon lemon juice
8 baby corn , boiled and cubed
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons cream ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200°C.
2.Roll out pizza dough and cut into 4 squares.
3.Heat butter in a pan and add onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté until onions are soft.
4.Add celery, curry powder, cumin powder, cinnamon, and mango powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
5.Add green peas and baby corn. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
6.Add cubed cottage cheese and salt. Mix well.
7.Spread vegetable mixture on each square of pizza dough.
8.Fold the opposite corners of each square to form an envelope. Press the edges to seal.
9.Brush with cream (optional) and sprinkle coriander leaves on top of each envelope.
10.Bake the envelopes for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
