Ingredients

1 package mtr vermicelli
1 large onion , finely sliced
4 red chilies
1 carrot
100 g cauliflower
50 g green peas
50 g French beans
3 tablespoons ghee or 3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon garam masala
2 tablespoons coconut , grated
salt
1 teaspoon cumin , powdered

Instructions

1.Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Roast vermicelli with constant stirring. Remove from heat once it turns golden brown and keep aside.

4.Add grated coconut and red chilies and mix well.
5.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
6.Add all the vegetables and cook for 5-6 minutes on low heat.
7.Add 2 cups of water, powdered cumin, garam masala, and salt. Bring it to boil.
8.Add roasted vermicelli carefully and stir well to mix everything together. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.
9.Once done, fluff the pilaf gently with a fork and serve hot.
