Ingredients

1 cup gram flour ( beasan )
2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups ghee
1 cup freshly grated coconut
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup almonds

Instructions

1.In a large pan, heat the gram flour and ghee over medium heat, and cook while continuously stirring until the mixture turns golden brown and there is a sweet aroma. Set aside, and let it cool.
2.In another pan, mix the sugar, milk and freshly grated coconut and keep stirring on medium heat until the mixture comes together, and you see tiny bubbles all around the edge.
3.Add the fried gram flour mixture to this and mix everything together well, cook on low heat for a few more minutes.
4.Once the entire mixture comes together, turn off the heat. Add the cashews and almonds, mix well.
5.Grease a plate with ghee and pour the Seven Cups Delight into it. Level it out and let it cool.
6.Cut it in diamond-shaped pieces and serve.
