Ingredients

2 tablespoons oil
2 onions , finely chopped
8 garlic flakes , crushed
1 tablespoon ginger , finely chopped
salt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 green chilies , de-seeded and chopped
1 kg mutton , minced
200 ml hot water
1 cup green peas , shelled
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

1.In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
2.Add onions and cook until soft and translucent.
3.Add ginger and garlic and sauté for a minute.
4.Add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and green chilies to the skillet and mix well.
5.Add minced mutton to the skillet and cook until browned.
6.Add hot water to the skillet, mix and let it cook for 5 minutes.
7.Add green peas to the skillet, mix and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
8.Add lime juice to the skillet, mix and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
9.Serve hot with a side of rice or bread.
