2 1/2 cups vegetable stock
2 1/2 cups hot water
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 lemon
1 garlic clove , chopped
1/2 green chili pepper , chopped
2 bay leaves , crumbled
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro , chopped
Nimbu Masoor Dal - Curried Lentils is a traditional Indian dish that is simple to make and delicious to eat. Instructions

7.Remove the cinnamon and bay leaves. Add the cilantro and squeeze lemon juice on top. Stir everything together and serve hot with rice or naan.
