2 tablespoons oil
10 g butter ( optional )
2 tablespoons mint leaves , chopped
2 tablespoons coriander leaves , chopped
2 green chilies , chopped

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled and cut/mashed potatoes with salt, red chili powder, chat masala, coriander powder, chopped onion, and chopped green chilies. Mix well.

3.Heat the oil in a pan, and add in the potato mixture. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
4.Turn off the heat, and add in the chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, and butter. Mix well.
