Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180C.
2.Coat the kingfish with olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
3.Bake the kingfish for around 20 minutes until it is fully cooked.
4.Flake the cooked kingfish in a bowl, add mayonnaise, spring onions, cheese, green chilies, lime juice, vinegar, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
