Ingredients

1 kg chicken , washed , cleaned and cut into small pcs .
4 teaspoons soya sauce
1 egg
4 -5 teaspoons plain flour
1 inch fresh ginger , washed , peeled and finely chopped
3 -4 fresh green chilies , washed anc cut
1 teaspoon black pepper
salt
oil , to deep fry
1 pinch ajinomoto
1 teaspoon garam masala powder

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix soya sauce, egg, plain flour, fresh ginger, fresh green chilies, black pepper, and salt to make a marinade.

5.In a separate pan, heat oil, add garam masala powder, ajinomoto and the fried chicken pieces and toss everything well for a minute.
6.Serve hot with rice or noodles.
