Ingredients

500 -600 g waxy potatoes , peeled
4 spring onions , cut into 1/2 cm rings

125 ml water
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 lemon , juice of
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
