1 cauliflower , cut into florets and stem pieces roughly chopped

1 cup water
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg , ground
2 teaspoons coriander , ground
1 teaspoon cumin , ground
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon turmeric , ground
cilantro , 1 small handful , chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.

9.Add roasted cauliflower to the pan and toss to coat everything in the sauce.
10.Let everything simmer for another 5-6 minutes to allow the cauliflower to cook all the way through.
