Ingredients

3 mangoes , washed , peeled and diced , retain seeds
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
750 g low-fat yogurt , beaten
1 3/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
3 -5 curry leaves , washed
2 green chilies , slit in between
1 cup water
2 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon methi seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seed

Instructions

1.Puree one of the diced mangoes in a blender until smooth and keep aside.
2.Take a large pot and heat oil in it. Add in mustard seeds, methi seeds, cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3.Now add curry leaves, turmeric powder, slit green chilies, red chili powder and saute them for a minute.
4.Add in the diced mangoes along with seeds and water. Cook for 5 minutes.
5.Add in the yogurt and salt, mix well and cook for 5 more minutes.
6.Add in the pureed mango and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with rice or naan.
