Ingredients

1 1/2 cups quinoa

1/4 teaspoon ginger , chopped
10 cashew nuts
1 green chili pepper , sliced in half lengthwise , deseeded ( optional )
10 curry leaves
1 medium onion
2 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 -2 tablespoon lemon
1 teaspoon seasoning salt

Instructions

1.Rinse the quinoa in a fine mesh strainer and set aside.

6.After that, turn the heat to low and cook for another 5 minutes.
7.Remove the pressure cooker from the heat and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
8.After 10 minutes, remove the lid from the pressure cooker and stir everything together.
9.Add 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice and serve hot.
