2 habanero peppers , chopped
2 jalapeno peppers , chopped
2 roma ( plum ) tomatoes , chopped
1/2 cup fresh oregano leaves
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup distilled white vinegar

Instructions

1.In a saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic.
2.Sauté onion and carrot for 2 minutes.
3.Add habanero and jalapeno peppers and continue to sauté for another 2 minutes.
4.Add in chopped roma tomatoes, oregano leaves, parsley leaves, salt, and black pepper. Let simmer for another 2 minutes.
5.Remove from heat and let cool down.
6.Add distilled white vinegar and blend all the ingredients using a blender or food processor.
7.Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one month.
