10 whole cloves
2 inches cinnamon sticks
1 bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon mace
9 ounces potatoes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a pan and add green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, and mace. Fry for 1-2 minutes.

4.Add ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
5.Add desiccated coconut, cashew nuts paste, sesame seeds, and nutmeg powder. Stir well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
6.Add chopped potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes until tender.
7.Add yogurt and mix well. Cook for another 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the gravy has thickened.
8.Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Stir well and turn off the heat.
9.Serve hot with naan or rice.
