Ingredients

6 eggs , hardboiled and cut into halves
5 tablespoons onion paste
2 tablespoons garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
3/4 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup sesame seeds ( dry roasted and powdered )
salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2 tablespoons oil ( preferably Canola )

Instructions

1.Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add onion paste, garlic paste, and ginger paste. Cook over low flame for 2-3 minutes.
2.Add tomato puree and cook over medium flame until the mixture comes to a boil.
3.Now add sesame seed powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, and salt to taste and mix well.
4.Add 1/2 cup of water and stir well. Bring the mixture to a boil.
5.Add egg halves to the pan and gently mix so that the eggs are coated with the gravy.
6.Continue cooking over low flame for another 8-10 minutes until the gravy thickens and the eggs are heated through. Serve hot with steamed rice or bread.
