Ingredients

1 teaspoon red chile
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon dhaniya powder ( coriander powder )
40 okra
ghee or oil , as desired
2 -3 diced onions
2 -3 diced tomatoes
2 -3 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

1.Cut off the top of each okra and make a lengthwise slit.
2.Mix together the red chile, black pepper, salt, turmeric, dhaniya powder, lemon juice and keep it aside.
3.Fill the mixture in the slit of the okra.
4.Heat oil in a pan and add onions.
5.Cook onions until they are golden brown.
6.Add diced tomatoes and sprinkle some salt.
7.Cook the mixture until the tomatoes are soft.
8.Add stuffed okra to this mixture and cover the pan with a lid.
9.Cook it for 10-15 minutes on low heat until the okra is cooked well.
