Ingredients

10 small squid
10 small prawns ( shelled and finely chopped )
1 large onion , finely chopped
1 medium tomatoes , finely chopped
2 green chilies , chopped
4 cloves garlic , finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon coriander leaves , chopped
salt
toothpick , for sealing

Instructions

1.Clean the squid properly, remove the head and ink sack. Also remove the cartilage from inside.
2.Heat up the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the onions, garlic and chilies until soft and fragrant.
3.Add the tomatoes, turmeric powder, and garam masala powder and fry until the tomatoes are cooked and the mixture becomes a thick paste.
4.Add the chopped prawns, coriander leaves, and salt, and mix well.

6.Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, place the stuffed squid in and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly brown.
7.Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
