1 cup panir ( Indian Cottage Cheese )
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons cornflour
1 cup pistachios ( soaked and chopped )
Paneer is a versatile ingredient that can be used in several Indian dishes. In this recipe, we have used paneer as the main ingredient to make a delicious and creamy dessert known as Paneer Pudding. Instructions

1.In a blender, blend the paneer with milk until smooth.
2.In a pot, heat the paneer mixture over medium heat.
3.Add sugar, vanilla essence, and cornflour to the pot and mix well until all sugar is dissolved.
4.Keep stirring the mixture for about 7-8 minutes until it thickens.
5.Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
6.In a small bowl soak and chop the pistachios.
7.Take a small cup and set it aside.
8.Once the mixture cools down, spoon it in the cup and garnish it with the chopped pistachios.
