1/2 kg bilimbi , cut into circles
1 kg sugar
5 cups water
1/4 teaspoon yeast

Instructions

1.In a large pot, boil the bilimbi and water together for 15-20 minutes until the bilimbi is soft.
2.Strain the boiled bilimbi water into another container.

4.Let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
5.Add yeast and stir well.
6.Pour the mixture into a clean glass jar and cover it with a cheesecloth.
7.Leave it to ferment in a dark and cool place for 7-10 days.
8.Strain the fermented mixture through a cheesecloth into another container.
9.Keep the strained wine in the fridge for 1-2 days before serving.
