Ingredients

1 1/2 cups semolina
2 cups grated khoya
3/4 cup powdered sugar ( You can use icing sugar )
2 -3 teaspoons chopped pistachios
2 -3 teaspoons chopped almonds ( optional )
2 teaspoons powdered green cardamoms
3 -5 almonds , chopped ( to garnish )
White Ladoos with Khoya and Semolina is a popular Indian sweet that is offered during festivals and special occasions. Instructions

1.Heat a heavy-bottomed pan or kadhai on medium flame, roast the semolina and stir continuously until it turns golden brown. Take off from the heat and then let it cool down completely.
2.Heat another non-stick pan on low flame, crumble grated khoya into it and stir until it melts completely, then stir in the powdered sugar. Keep stirring continuously, the mixture will start to thicken up and leave the sides of the pan.
3.Mix in the roasted semolina into the khoya mixture and then add green cardamom powder, chopped pistachios, and chopped almonds (optional). Mix all the ingredients to combine well.
4.Let the mixture cool down slightly so that you can handle it and shape it as ladoos. Grease your palms with a little ghee and shape small balls from the mixture. Garnish the white ladoos with chopped almonds.
5.Keep the white ladoos aside and let them set for an hour or so. Once they set and are firm, serve them with your favorite chaat masala to add a unique flavor.
