Ingredients

5 -6 slices white bread
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup spinach
1 tablespoon cornflour
3 tablespoons spring onions
3 teaspoons black pepper

2 tablespoons soya sauce
1/2 cup cornflour , paste
3 teaspoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons chilli ginger paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons vinegar

Instructions

1.Slice the bread into small pieces and blend it into a fine powder.

7.Pour the cornflour paste into the pan and mix well to form a thick sauce.
8.Add the fried balls into the sauce and coat them evenly.
9.Cook for a few more minutes on low heat, until the sauce thickens.
10.Serve hot with your choice of garnish.
