2 tablespoons fresh coriander , chopped

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix tomato paste, tandoori paste, natural yoghurt, and lemon juice until well combined.
2.Thread the chicken tenderloins onto skewers. Coat the chicken with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3.In a separate bowl, mix natural yoghurt, julienne carrots, cumin, honey, and fresh coriander until well combined.
4.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken skewers for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
5.Serve the chicken skewers with wild rice, indian bread, and sweet carrot yoghurt on the side.
