1 -2 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon crushed roasted cashews
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, all-purpose flour, coriander, cumin, garam masala, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
3.Beat the egg in another bowl.
4.Dip each chicken strip in the egg, and then coat with the flour mixture. Make sure each strip is coated well.
5.Then dip the chicken in the crushed roasted cashews and place it on a greased baking sheet.
6.Drizzle the melted butter over the chicken strips and place it in the oven.
7.Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and completely cooked through.
