Ingredients

1/2 kg mutton mince
2 large brinjal , sliced in circles
4 large ripe fresh tomatoes
2 green chilies , finely chopped
4 onions , finely chopped
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon clove
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder , to taste
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
6 tablespoons fresh tomato puree

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius.
2.Roast the sliced brinjal on both the sides in little oil in a frying pan and keep aside.
3.In the same pan, fry onions till golden brown.
4.Add green chilies and ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
5.Add mutton mince and fry on medium-high heat till lightly brown.
6.Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, oregano, clove, cinnamon, and tomato puree to it and mix well.
7.Add chopped ripe tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
8.Grease a baking dish with oil and arrange a layer of brinjal over it.
9.Pour the mutton mince preparation on top of the brinjal layer.
10.Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
11.Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes
