4 tablespoons ghee

Instructions

1.Heat ghee over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the cardamom and asafoetida powder and fry for 30 seconds.

3.Add turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala, and fry for another 2 minutes. Gradually stir in the ground lamb and cook for 10 minutes.
4.Add peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
5.Add Greek yogurt and coriander leaves, stir and remove from heat.
