Instructions

1.In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
2.Place the steak in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it.
3.Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
4.Preheat your grill or grill pan over high heat.
5.Remove the steak from the bag and discard the marinade.
6.Grill the steak for about 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.
7.Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing, then serve and enjoy!
