Ingredients

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

12.Add a pinch of salt, if desired.
13.Cover the Dutch oven, transfer it to the oven, and bake for 2-3 hours or until the pork is tender and the flavors meld together.
14.Remove the Dutch oven from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
15.Stir in 1 tablespoon of sour cream and garnish with cilantro sprigs.
